SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
Application Period: The competition is held once a year strictly from August 1st to August 31st inclusive. Applications submitted after 23:59 on August 31st shall be automatically rejected.
Submission Format: Strictly digital. Hard copy (paper) documents delivered in person to the Bank's offices shall not be accepted.
The "One Candidate — One Email" Rule: The application must be sent from the candidate's personal e-mail address to the Bank's email: [email protected] (не более 7 МБ) (the file size must not exceed 7 MB). The sender's email address must strictly match the email address specified by the candidate inside the application form. Sending a completed application from the candidate's personal e-mail address with the consent checkbox marked is recognized as a simple electronic signature equivalent to their handwritten signature.
Review Process: A specialized Selection Committee reviews applications until September 15th of the current academic year.
Results: The outcomes of the competition will be communicated individually to each winner by September 20th of the current academic year.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For applicants and 1st-year students of higher and secondary vocational institutions:
1. Application Form (the personal data processing consent field must be completed and bear a personal signature). [Downloadable application form]
2. Passport (a copy of both sides of the ID card).
3. Certificate of Secondary Education (copy).
4. GRT Certificate (General National Testing copy).
5. Educational Services Agreement (or an official enrollment document).
6. Certificates confirming social status (orphanhood, vulnerability, need for financial assistance, from single-parent or large families, disability).
For students in their 2nd-4th years of higher or vocational institutions:
1. Application Form (the personal data processing consent field must be completed and signed). [Downloadable application form]
2. Passport (a copy of both sides of the ID card).
3. Enrollment Certificate (copy/scan of the official student status confirmation).
4. Academic Transcript / Academic Record for the entire period of study.
5. Letter of Recommendation from the Dean or Faculty Advisor.
6. Certificates confirming social status (orphanhood, vulnerability, need for financial assistance, from single-parent or large families, disability).
List of Documents for Scholarship Renewal:
1. Application Form (marked "Scholarship Renewal").
2. Passport (a copy of both sides of the ID card).
3. Enrollment Certificate (copy/scan of the official student status confirmation).
4. Academic Transcript / Academic Record (confirming the maintenance of a high GPA / academic standing).
5. Letter of Recommendation from the Dean or Faculty Advisor.
(Certificates confirming social status do not need to be re-submitted for renewal).
