SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS
The competition is held once a year, during the period of document submission to higher, secondary vocational, and professional educational institutions, from August 1 to August 31. The candidate must submit a package of documents, either in person at the bank’s offices or send scan copies electronically to [email protected] (maximum 7 MB), by August 31.
A specially created commission will review applications by September 10 of academic year. Competition results will be individually communicated to each recipient by September 15 of academic year.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
For applicants and 1st-year students of higher and secondary vocational institutions:

Educational services agreement (document confirming admission to the institution);

For students in their 2nd-4th years of higher or vocational institutions:
