Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank CJSC carries out its activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, in particular the regulations of the State Financial Intelligence Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and it’s guided by the advanced and best practices of international financial institutions for provision of banking services for individuals and legal entities.


In order to comply with the requirements of laws in the field of combating the financing of terrorism and legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds, Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank CJSC, implements “Know Your Client” Policy, the Policy for Organizing Internal Control for the purposes of CFT/AML, and as a result, conducts a complex of compliance activities aimed at identifying and reducing risks associated with the financing of terrorism and money laundering.

A financial monitoring of customer transactions is one of the tools used in the activities of CJSC KICB to combat the financing of terrorism and legalization (laundering), as well as economic sanctions.

For these purposes, the Bank uses a client questionnaire, as well as a request for additional documents confirming the client’s economic activity.



KICB CJSC establishes and maintains business relationships with clients and suppliers (contractors) who conduct business faithfully and honestly, care about their own reputation and demonstrate support for high ethical business standards.
