2024 Summer Olympics
After 100 years, the Olympic Games are returning to «La Cite de la Lumiere». From July 26 to August 11, 2024, Paris will host nearly 10 million spectators at the largest sporting event. A total of 329 competitions will be held, with 10,500 athletes from around the world competing to bring home a medal featuring a small piece of the Eiffel Tower.
Since gaining independence, Kyrgyzstan first participated in the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer in 1994 and has been present at every Games since then. Kyrgyzstan has secured 16 spots for the 2024 Summer Olympics in France. The people of Kyrgyzstan are already supporting our athletes with warmth and pride.
