Starting from 16th of April, 2026, new KICB customer service points will be opened at the following address:
- without number, Azhybek Datka Street, Pokrovka village, Manas district, Talas region
- market area, 53, Kok-Zhar street, Kok-Zhar village, Nookat district
- 9, Sh. Koylubaev street, Myrza-Ake village Uzgen district
Working days: Monday – Friday
Business hours: 09:00–18:00
Break: 12:00–13:00
