KICB Supports Children’s Day Initiatives in Talas and Naryn
Ahead of International Children’s Day, KICB extended its support to organizations in the Talas and Naryn regions that implement projects in the interests of children and families. As part of the initiative, targeted assistance was provided, allowing the purchase of essential items for events in both regions. This contribution is part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to support social initiatives aimed at improving living conditions and fostering child development.
In Talas, the Bank’s local branch supported an event organized by the Interdistrict Office of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event was held under the national program “Children Are Our Future”, bringing together children not enrolled in kindergartens, including those from large and socially vulnerable families. With KICB’s support, necessary items and gifts were purchased, helping expand the reach of the event and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
In Naryn, assistance was directed to the Public Association of Men and Women with Musculoskeletal Disabilities. This organization actively works with families raising children with disabilities, implementing initiatives in inclusive education and social support. With the help of the Bank’s branch, essential goods and daily necessities were provided to families under the organization’s ongoing care.
Supporting initiatives that improve the quality of life for children, promote inclusion, and strengthen local communities is one of the key pillars of KICB’s corporate social responsibility. The Bank remains committed to addressing social issues, supporting programs that benefit children and families, and contributing to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment for future generations.
