KICB cardholders can now use Apple Pay—an easy, secure, and private payment method that is transforming the mobile payments landscape by offering speed and convenience.
Security and privacy are at the core of Apple Pay. When you add a card to Apple Pay, the actual card number is stored neither on the device nor on Apple servers. Each device has a unique Device Account Number that is encrypted and securely stored in the Secure Element chip on your device. Each transaction is authorized using a one-time unique dynamic security code.
Setting up Apple Pay is very simple. You can add your KICB payment card via the KICB mobile app or through the Wallet app on your iPhone. With Apple Pay, you can make in-store payments using an iPhone SE, iPhone 6, or later models, as well as an Apple Watch. Apple Pay makes it incredibly easy to shop within apps and on websites—simply touch the Touch ID sensor or double-click the side button to complete your purchase.
