New terms for access to the Manas VIP Lounge for Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders
Starting from 19 January 2026, access to the VIP Lounge at Manas International Airport for Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders will require meeting a minimum card spending threshold:
• Visa Signature - at least KGS 40,000;
• Visa Infinite - at least KGS 80,000 (or the equivalent amount in another currency).
Meeting the established spending requirement allows you to continue using this service while maintaining a high level of comfort and premium service during your travels.
Please note that these changes apply exclusively to access to the Manas VIP Lounge. All other premium services and privileges associated with Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cards remain unchanged.
How to use the privilege:
• Visit the new VIP Lounge located on the second floor of the standalone building “Manas 2.”
• Present your Visa Signature or Visa Infinite premium card to the lounge staff and inform them of your intention to use the service.
• The card will be checked via a validation terminal. If the card is active and free visits are available, the service will be provided free of charge.
Terms of service:
The number of complimentary visits per calendar year depends on the type of card:
• Visa Signature - up to 4 visits per year;
• Visa Infinite - up to 6 visits per year.
Complimentary services available in the VIP Lounge:
• Comfortable waiting areas equipped with air conditioning, soft seating, television systems, and private restroom facilities.
• Free Wi-Fi access and fresh press.
• Flight check-in and baggage handling.
• Transportation of passengers to the aircraft by dedicated vehicle.
• Parking facilities for personal vehicles.
• For international flight passengers - individual assistance during pre-flight procedures.
Paid services:
Please note that the following services are not included in the complimentary visit and are subject to additional charges in accordance with airport tariffs:
• Bar products and meals.
• Other additional services.
