KICB’s promotion: “Free transfers to China and more than 80 countries around the world”!
In honor of its 25th anniversary, KICB launched the “FREE transfers to China and more than 80 countries worldwide” campaign via the Money Express system of the China Union Pay payment system. Now, sending money transfers to relatives, friends, or students abroad has become not only fast, but also completely FREE. Both citizens of Kyrgyzstan and non‑residents can participate in the campaign. The main requirement is to have the KICB mobile app.
What advantages do money express transfers have in the KICB mobile app?

During the promotion period, all transfers via the Money Express system are FREE

Money Express transfers are INTERNATIONAL, as the funds can be received by holders of China Union Pay payment cards in more than 80 countries, such as China, the CIS countries, Europe, Asia, North America, Africa, and others.

Money Express means INSTANT transfers: in a couple of clicks in the KICB mobile app, the funds will be credited to the recipient’s China Union Pay card.

Transfers can be made using either the card number or the phone number!
You can transfer funds FREE of charge from a bank account or card in the KICB mobile app.:
- Select the “Payments” section in the KICB mobile app, “Transfer to another bank’s card”, “Transfer to UnionPay cards”.
- Select the account from which you are sending the transfer (US dollars or Chinese yuan).
- Enter the recipient’s card number or phone number and their details (full name), the transfer amount, and click “Done”.
Transfers are processed instantly, with the funds credited in the recipient’s card currency. You can send a transfer in the KICB mobile app from either a bank account or a card account. The minimum transfer amount is KGS 2,000, the maximum is KGS 250,000, and the daily limit is KGS 500,000.
Please note that the promotion will run from October 1st till December 31st, 2026. Support your close ones and transfer funds to friends, students, and relatives practically worldwide to China UnionPay cards free of charge.
